Taxonomy, like many fields of research, experiences an imbalanced gender diversity. As an innovative Horizon Europe project, TETTRIs works to assess and address this imbalance. Carole Paleco of the Royal Belgium Institute of Natural Sciences leads the Ethics and Diversity team under TETTRIs.
