The Botanic Garden in Meise opened its new greenhouse on TRD

The Botanic Garden in Meise, Belgium, held a two-day celebration for Taxonomy Recognition Day, coinciding with the grand opening of their new greenhouse, The Green Ark. The first day featured guided tours of the gardens and informative talks aimed at policy makers and academics.

 

On the second day the doors were open to the general public. Throughout both days, TRD flyers were distributed, highlighting the vital role of taxonomy in our everyday lives.
